Clarine Rosser-Jones lives in Roanoke Rapids, NC. She graduated from North Carolina A &T State University in Greensboro, NC with a B. A. degree in Early Childhood Education. She has taken several classes from other universities such as North Carolina State University and Elizabeth City State University toward her Master Degree. She has been certified as a Mentor Teacher and Lead Teacher. She taught elementary school for the last 31 years in Halifax County until her retirement in 2009. She has worked with the SEMAA program as a SEMAA teacher since 2001. Since her retirement she has been actively involved with working with domestic violence and sexual assault victims serving as Executive Director and Case Manager for Hannah’s Place, Inc. in Roanoke Rapids, N.C...
