Stanley L. Harrell is the AEL Coordinator of the Warren County SEMAA Program.  He was formerly the Family Cafe Parent Coordinator for Warren County SEMAA for over 10 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from North Carolina Central University, a Masters degree in Recent United States History from the Ohio State University, and an Associate in Applied Science degree in Computer Programming from Martin Community College. Before joining SEMAA, Mr. Harrell worked with high school students from around the nation and world through a non-profit organization, and he also taught public high school. He currently resides in Bertie County.
